Driving in itself is a big issue when it comes to drive in the crowd of a metropolitan city. In the early nineties, I also faced this problem. To overcome the strain I preferred to enter a Dhyana or a deep meditation. It reduced my stress and anxiety. There was no tension, no stress and no anxiety.

Your conscious mind that creates the problems of depression, prostration, stress, anxiety and nervousness can be sent to a back seat and your subconscious mind from a deeper psychological level can be invoked to take a control so that the acts are performed with a greater precision and higher accuracy.
